Founded in 1993 by Stefan Walser and Josef Schneider, we have grown into a leading provider of electrical installations, industrial plant construction, petrol station construction, and automation solutions.

Transition to the Next Generation
Since May 2025, the management team has been expanded to include DI (FH) Reinhard Bayer (Service & Maintenance), Josef Schneider, Christopher Schneider (M.A.), Marcel Schneider, and Stefan Walser. Together, they now form the new leadership team at KSW, combining years of experience with a fresh perspective for the future. The two company founders remain actively involved and are personally guiding the generational transition.
