The use of our website(s) is generally possible without providing personal data. However, different provisions may apply for the use of individual services, which we will specifically inform you about.
When accessing our website(s), information such as your IP address is transmitted to us. This information reveals details about the device used (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), the browser employed (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, etc.), the time of access to our website, the amount of data transferred, and similar details. We do not use this data to identify individual users. The information is solely used to deter-mine the appeal of our website(s), to continuously improve its content, and to make it more interesting for you. Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are sent during a visit to a website and temporarily stored on the user's and/or customer’s hard drive. If the re-spective server of our website is accessed again by the user and/or customer, the browser of the user and/or customer sends the previously received cookie back to the server. The server can evaluate the information obtained through this process in various ways. For instance, cookies can be used to control advertising displays or to facilitate navigation on a website. If the user and/or customer wishes to disable the use of cookies, this can be done by locally adjusting the settings of the internet browser used on their computer, i.e., the program used to open and display web pages (e.g., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, or Safari).
7. Data Retention
Data that you provide to us exclusively for marketing and informational purposes is stored until three years after your last contact with us, unless you revoke your con-sent earlier.
In the event of a contract conclusion, your personal data will be stored after the full execution of the contract until the expiration of the applicable warranty, guarantee, statutory retention periods, and limitation periods, as well as until the resolution of any legal disputes where the data may be required as evidence.
8. Newsletter
You have the option to subscribe to our free newsletter. This newsletter provides you with regular updates, news, and information about the latest promotions and offers. To receive the newsletter, a valid email address is required. We verify the email ad-dress you provide to ensure that you are the actual owner of the email address or authorized to receive the newsletter. This is done by sending an email to the address you provided, which you then need to confirm. Once the email is confirmed, you are subscribed to our newsletter.
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your IP address, the date, and the time of your subscription. This is done for security purposes, in case a third party misuses your email address and subscribes to the newsletter without your knowledge. No additional data is collected or processed for the newsletter subscrip-tion. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Details on how to unsubscribe can be found in the confirmation email and in every individual newsletter.
9. Data Transfer
Your data is generally not shared with third parties unless we are legally obligated to do so, the data transfer is required for contract fulfillment, or you have explicitly con-sented to the transfer of your data. External service providers and partner compa-nies, such as shipping companies tasked with delivery or other cooperation partners, only receive your data to the extent necessary for contract execution or processing your order. When our service providers come into contact with your personal data, we ensure through contractual agreements that they comply with data protection laws to the same extent as we do.
Your personal data will not be sold or otherwise marketed to third parties unless you have consented to this. We transmit your personal data to companies whose exact names and contact de-tails you can access at any time here, for purposes of analysis, in order to provide you with optimal offers, and for sending you information and advertisements.
You can revoke your consent to the transfer of your data at any time with future ef-fect.
10. Security
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction, and unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological develop-ments on the internet.
All information we receive from you is protected by a secure server. The server’s security software, SSL (Secure Socket Layers), encrypts all information you enter before it is transmitted to us. The information is only decrypted once it reaches our server. When a small padlock appears on the lower left corner of our website, you know the website is secure. This ensures that you can safely transmit personal data or credit card information via our website.

Af-ter an objection, your data will no longer be processed unless compelling legit-imate grounds for the processing are demonstrated, which outweigh your in-terests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is necessary for the estab-lishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. You may object to data pro-cessing for direct marketing purposes at any time with future effect.
Deadlines
If you take action to assert your rights under the GDPR or national data protection regulations as outlined above, we are obligated to respond to your request without undue delay and no later than one month after receiving your request, either by ad-dressing the requested measure or providing a statement regarding it.
We will respond to all reasonable requests free of charge and as promptly as possi-ble in accordance with applicable law.
Legal Remedies
For requests concerning violations of the right to access, confidentiality, rectification, or deletion, the Data Protection Authority is the competent body.
Upon written request, we will gladly provide you with information about the data stored about you at any time. Please direct your request to the contact address pro-vided in section 12.
If the data we process about you is incorrect, please inform us. We will promptly cor-rect it and notify you of the correction.
If you no longer wish for your data to be processed by us, we kindly ask you to in-form us informally at the contact address provided in section 12. We will immediately delete your data and notify you of its deletion. Should compelling legal reasons pre-vent the deletion, we will promptly inform you accordingly.
